Rent: payable monthly in advnace preffered method standing order Deposit:An amount equivalent to 6-8 wks rental payable in advance.

This is to be returned at the end of the agreement subject to any deductions for breakages and the propertrty checked at the end of the agreement.

Admin fee:this is to cover our admin costs for setting up the tennancy agreement, cost of credit references and cost of drawing up an inventory of the properties contents and condition.

Rental term: this is normally a minimum of 6 mths other terms are avilable subject to negotiation.

Restrictions: certain properties have restrictions imposed by landlords such as pets, sharers, smokers.
all applicants must be minimum of 18 years.

Informing utility companies:Once you have signed your tenancy agreement you must contact your new service providers (electric, gas, water & telephone), it is advisable to check the meter reading as soon as you get to the property.

Early termination of your contract: Upon it being agreed by your landlord the tenancy will be terminated by the tenant giving one month's written notice, such notice to expire on a rent payment date and may be subject to the tenant paying the landlord's re-letting costs.
